I Wish I Had More Close Friends

I have a close friend who works with me. We have known each other for years, however every time we see each other at work she tends to ignore me. However when we meet outside work she seems fine. I don't understand why people act differently at work. Also last night during the xmas party she also tried to ignore me. I am not sure if I did something or people have different personality when they are at work

Do not be scared to approach her and tell her how you feel .Never jump to conclusions give the other person a chance to explain.If she cares enough she will really take her time to explain if not well she is not worth keeping as a friend.
