It sure sounds like you view her as a close friend but her view appears to be changing. You will find that many of the people you are close to when you are "young" will not be close or even in communication 5-10 years later. Priorities change.

She always says she only has two friends me and her other friend. It's just getting old. I know my child has a different sleep schedule than hers, but It just sucks. As for "finding new friends" most people in me area only like you if you are a southern belle which I'm as far from as Saturn.
