I feel guilty that I haven't been to my best friends house since halloween
I usually try to come for every holiday/birthday since I live an hour away now.
I had to miss Christmas because I was disgusting and sick. So I sent my best friend $400 for Christmas presents for her and her children because she's disabled and only able to work a few hours a week. Granted, $300 of that was a couple of weeks before so that I would help with having them open up presents on Christmas Day. It's really important for me not to be there when I'm sick because my best friends disability includes having basically no immune system.
Now it's several weeks past Christmas and I still haven't even been by... I have no excuse.
