Thank you so much for your loving and caring message. My leg infection is 99% cured and the ulcers in my mouth and tonsils are totally gone.
I can now speak, eat and drink water which i couldn't much yesterday.
I want to specially thank @REMsleep for the home remedy of gargling with salt and warm water. Apart from that i had hot milk with turmeric (gross) but it has healing properties.

This weekend I'm going to this beautiful place where there are too many flowers. It's near to Mumbai.
