Nothing wrong with it as long as everyone involved knows what the boundaries are like any other relationship sexual or otherwise.

@Sonjicak: Depends on the individual. Some people enjoy sex as just that sex and enjoy sex with partners, friends, or even one night stands. Others feel a need for more and only make love to a partner. But in any of those situations people get hurt when there is no communication and that was my point.
