How can I tell my coworker that she stinks without offending her?

Long story short my coworker smells absolutely horrendous and she's genuinely a nice person but I don't think that I can continue denying myself of oxygen every time she steps into the room.

I kind of got a similar situation where my brother has this horrible B.O. that actually leaves an odor trail wherever he goes. He's not the nicest person in the world and will instantly get offended if anyone points this out and try to say we're making it up or taht we're trying to pick a fight with him.

You know its bad because I myself have a very poor sense of smell, and even I can smell where he's been.

If your coworker really is as nice as you say, then my thoughts are to just try to break it lightly and repeatedly, leaving space in between times you tell her
