How can I tell my coworker that she stinks without offending her?

Long story short my coworker smells absolutely horrendous and she's genuinely a nice person but I don't think that I can continue denying myself of oxygen every time she steps into the room.

Give her soap , shampoo and deodorant! Leave it as a 🎁! She will take the hint ....jk... that wound be mean.
