Whatever happened to starting conversations with 'hello. how are you?' lol

i personally hate meaningless small talk, most people in general don't care how most others actually "are" i'd rather they introduced themselves and told me why they've in my box messaging me to begin with and not beat aroudn the bush, frankly it's awkward and makes me feel nervous waiting for them to get around to showing me that " oh i'm not really a nice guy i just hoped to get a pic of your tits" or " i AM really a nice guy, i just wanted to talk to you, we have lots of similar groups and you seemed cool, my name is ben, it's nice to meet you" it's different for everybody, i'm just saying this is how i personally feel.

@DancingStarGoddess: I understand what you are saying but how about a friend who, for whatever reason, has lost communication with you for a number of months, starting a new conversation not with 'hi, how have been?' but with 'can I see you naked?'
@Skelepop666: still would prefer they said " hey it's me how ya been? if they were a friend i'd understand why they asked what they asked, a stranger who wouldn't care either way, makes no sense. but someone i have formed a relationship enough to be called a friend makes total sense. and also if they're an actual friend, they know full well better than to say " hey can i see you naked?" if they're randomly saying that out of the blue, odds are they respect no boundaries and are more like an acquaintance than a friend, unless that's the type of relationship you've always had with that individual.

It was rather random but I like to think I know them quite well
@Skelepop666: hey if it works, and you feel comfy with it, go for it!

The thing is I don't and they know it.
@Skelepop666: oh, in that case it's quite rude of them then, and they should know better :(
