Has a friend ever actually told you that they couldn't be friends with you anymore for some reason ?

Her boyfriend is kind of jealous of me. Me and her go way back and we aren't into eachother at all in a intimate way. In fact when I had nowhere to go at one point in my life, she took me into her home and took care of me for a little bit. And he knows this. We live in different states now, so we don't see eachother personally, we shoot a how are you text maybe once every few weeks or something so it's barely anything. But I said I wasn't going to be a problem.

@Purpleintelligence: I had a person I thought was my friend for many, many years. I did everything I could do to help her and wanted nothing in return. Her sister is extremely jealous of me. She suddenly gave me the silent treatment. I left her a message asking what was wrong, and no reply in a week. I am sure her sister told her to stop talking to me. People like that are Not real friends. They are weak and disloyal.
