Is he a fake friend?

My so called "friend" only calls when he wants to get drunk. He acts like an idiot when he's drunk. He managed to get us pulled over by a cop last week even tho he wasn't even the one driving. He was just acting like a psycho sitting out the car window. He gets drunk and high pretty much all week every week. He's stolen a bottle of Vodka one time when we went to a gas station. I had no idea he stole something until we got back home. He's always trying to act like he's tough by doing things like this but really he's just an insecure dumb@$$. I don't even know why I'm asking this question. I already know he's not a real friend. He's done all kinds of stupid things that put me in danger.
