Is it bad to be called "cute" at 21?

I don't particularly like it but I'm told this a lot. Older women say it, my mom says it, and tonight a gay guy told me "You're adorable. I'm sensing a puppy vibe." 😒 Is that a bad thing?

It's nice to get a compliment. Many more people are rude and indifferent. I can see where you might find it irritating and annoying though. You're a man. There are more appropriate words to compliment you other than simply, being cute or adorable.
