How do you make your posts invisible to non friends here?

The puritans are at it again! They forced me to leave for six months before! It seems that I am not allowed to talk about my daughter here because she is only eleven years old, and going through puberty. I’m not allowed to seek advice or anything here!

I'll just say I believe you. I mean it counts as giving advice if you offer to have someone message you for advice typically but okay.
