Do you trust members of SimilarWorlds who don’t have any friends, hide their friends, or no post but still send you messages or talk to you in private

It’s always interesting to see how people navigate privacy here. If someone has no friends listed, hides their friend list, or doesn’t post much, does that make you trust them less, more, or not affect your trust at all?

Some people with seemingly no or few friends often have a few very close friends instead and a high level of privacy towards everyone else. So you'll never know unless you get close to them. I wouldn't let someone's number of friends affect how much I trust them, I base my trust from the interactions I have with them.
