You know you have few friends when

the first people you ask if they are free for the night are your parents. Why did I have to become an adult so fast?

I had to become an adult pretty fast myself. But now my mom is my best friend and I wouldn’t trade her for the world. Maybe I’m just a rambling old lady but I do remember being around your age and having trouble with not having a lot of friends. I wish it was as easy to make friends as adult as it was when we were little.
