Why would you have a close "friendship" online when you could have a real one with a touchable person?

Simple: For an introvert like me, it makes things one hell of a lot easier to manage, and drains my social battery way less than in-person meetups.
Of course, if I really enjoy that person then my battery lasts a bit longer, but people usually like to tag others along with them...
