When's the last time you made a new friend?

It's hard to me.
I see other people bond so easily though.

Years ago, I was sitting in the waiting room at the dentist office. Two women were looking at magazines and then starting chatting. The conversation quickly changed to couponing. One knew how and one wanted to learn, they got all excited and exchanged phone numbers and I was sitting there thinking, how come I can't make fast friends like that? 🙄🤔😬😐

Lol sometimes I wonder about the same. I went to pick someone from school, and the moms were all chatting with each other. Except for me, I stood in a corner just waiting, and I wondered how their first conversation had started. Who initiated it? What did they say? Did they make awkward eye contact the first few days before actually saying hi? How did they know that they would get a good enough response from the other person if they said hi? Etc etc... I could probably find logical answers to those questions too, but practically I couldn't do it.
