I don't think theres anything wrong with it if they act like friends. But when you hear there was a thing or see signs of something it's a big no no.
I was very close to my cousin we used to play when I visited rarely. Anyways when I was 19 he 27 he met his now fiance as soon as she saw how close we were she hated it.
