I have 4 male friends, and one female friend. It's a small group, and we've been friends for over 20 years.
I've wondered why I don't have more female friends because people comment on my friend list often.
I worked in a predominantly male industry, and was surrounded by men. We were together all day. I get them. I've always been more outdoors than in. I'd rather plant my garden, then decorate my house.
I was a landscaper, so when I picked up my kids from school, I was dirty. I would go from work directly to my son's basketball game, and it was the dads who called me over. The moms weren't that cool.
Having said that, I like who I like, and I'm comfortable with men.
I can talk with any gender and I strongly support all women.
I'm a regular woman who happens to have guy friends.
