Have you ever been accepted into a group in which you felt out of place?

For me, it was my sorority. Since the pandemic, I’ve been think about how I even got a bid from the one that I did, because I don’t fit the mold.

Had a face time call with my big today. Felt even more like I didn’t belong.

Curious to know if anyone else has had a similar experience?

Myself in the Ivy League .... saw the moral hollowness of those at the University of Penn Law School and decided I neither fit that, nor urban life, nor liberal enclaves

I wanted a real life with real people ... humble people

All those around me said "accept the admission offer" ... go to Penn

But, I did not fit

@questionWeaver The Ivy League is a weird place. It is definitely wealthy, not humble. The joke it should be sponsored by Canada Goose runs true. I might be the only girl in my sorority who refuses to wear one though hahah.
