Should I be friends with this person?

So there's this guy who's super Hindu I met at work. He's friendly but there's something I feel weird about him. He's really Hindu. He extremely hates Muslims and scoffs at Christians. I had another Hindu friend who converted to Muslim and this dude keeps telling my friend is mad to be muslim and constantly asks me what made my Hindu ancestors to accept Christianity and drops his remarks that he finds it funny Hindu converting to another religion but at the same time, gloats over white people choosing Hinduism. Would you be friends with him?

No, he sounds prejudiced and annoying. And he is intolerant of your family's choices and your beliefs. Definitely not a friend.
Everyone is prejudiced because nit everyone understands everyone else. I feel like he is being honest. @greenmountaingal

@Spoiledbrat Frankly, his own beliefs are prejudiced too. If I could be honest, I could have told what I felt about his religion.
You should have. I think some degree of honesty is okay. @JBird

@Spoiledbrat but he's not honest actually. He have no fear to say anything even if that doesn't have any evidence to it and changes his opinions when they seem valueless. Some of the things he's saying are part of this anti muslim agenda. Also he supports violence against them. He has no idea how Christianity but he thinks he knows all about my ancestry and the overall demographics. When something happens, he blamed it on Muslims and believes that it would be great if everyone chose Hinduism while rejecting facts that points his opinions are wrong.
You don’t have to talk to him if it bothers you. @JBird
