why do people around have problem with us being single?

my family n friends r forcing me to get married the pressure is getting higher everyday any ideas how to escape from it...i m an Indian n arrange marriages r common here n i have around 13 to 15 marriage proposals

The only way to escape it is to move away because you are talking about India. It's the way things are done there. They won't let up.

@dark225: Then you need to be firm and tell them you are not getting married, and will not discuss it anymore.
