I don’t actually consider myself an extrovert but I force myself to be because it’ll make achieving goals easier. You know, knowing people and all that.

For extroverts talking is natural. I don’t think it means they don’t get nervous. Just like with introverts keeping things to them themselves more often is natural. But introverts sone of them still talk or excel in public speaking.
