On a scale of 1_10 how much of someone's popularity is based on looks?

Looks are nice but personality rules.. Nobody cares what someone looks like if they are horrible to be around in the end

Yes you have to be at least a little nice and a little smart. But If you got money you can be a mean nasty sob and ugly and still be popular.
