I wouldn't say it's normal but you're definitely far from alone in this.

Thanks

For some people yeah friends just dont come their ways
It's not desirable, obviously. But I hate to determine normal, when it's so subjective.

@DoorMattress: maybe just concentrate on your studies, join an interesting activity if you want. But whatever you do, don't feel you're not good enough as you are. Because you are, and the right people will see that.

@PumpkinSpice: Thank you PumpkinSpice, I joined a club recently, I haven't made any friends yet, but the experience is worth just as much I think
@DoorMattress: you're welcome. Sounds like you are on the right track. Be patient. All things change over time.

What's normal?
For me, HS was tough enough with friends. I can't imagine getting through HS without them.

Without friends I guess it's not so bad, I'm used to it which makes it not so foreign to me, I'm sorry it was tough on you

@DoorMattress: Thanks. But we all survive the tough times somehow.
You will too I'm sure

Not exactly "normal", but I don't like that word. Some people just don't fit in. Some of us don't know how to, and not all of us exactly want to.

Not sure, but ultimately, you're probably not missing out on much.

I guess, but when I hear some adults talk of their high school life it sounds like it was the time to live and everything became a great story somehow later on. I'm scared I won't have any stories to tell.
