@CountScrofula well, they look like they got the exact texture, look a bit burnt though

@Tellmeaboutyourself Part of that is lighting I think. The oi lwas a little hot but didn't taste burned. Was super happy with how they cam eout.

@ImpeccablyImperfect They're a fried dumpling. Basically you put a mix of chopped veggies/meat and a bunch of spices in a flour made from ground-up chickpeas with some water. Pick up little balls of them and fry in batter. Deeeelicious.
