Why are my best friends being brutal to me? They tell me to quir college.

I told my friends about my volunteer job. It's only twice a month every couple months. My parents have been bugging me about getting a job. My friends are too. My best guy friend said bluntly, "I don't mean to sound rude, but why aren't you looking for a real job? You're being non compliant right now. You're lazy, don't wanna do anything, failed your college classes and not looking for a job. That's pure laziness and you're just laying around the house doing nothing for yourself. You're gaining weight and not doing anything about it and you're being stubborn about it. Stop being so freaking stubborn!"

I couldn't believe he said that.
I am doing well in college. My best friend said, "Why do you wanna waste your time on college when you're just going to keep failing? You've been failing your classea and you're just wasting financial aids' money and you're being a coward for not trying. If you're not going to apply yourself and keep failing, why bother going to college? Just quit because you'll never get a degree being lazy. You dont need a college degree to get a good job. Don't be a coward."
