Why the hell do I always get the blame, is it because I'm a man?

I used to get the same thing constantly. My boss ended up telling me it was because of my good nature that made people think I was a push over.

Likely it's because you have a victim complex and therefore think if the winds blows it's somehow your fault. Tough to live in that world of self imposed drama. Good luck with that.
