I admit, with this girl I鈥檓 currently seeing I鈥檓 always the one that never texts first but she understands how shy I am but I have occasionally been the first to tex of late. Even when I have texted or she鈥檚 missed my call, she does get back to me, and in a way she likes the fact that I鈥檓 finally breaking out of my shell with the shyness. So lucky to find someone that鈥檚 been so understanding and patient with me.

Me too bro, although I haven鈥檛 completely broken down those wall yet but each day as I get to know her more I know she is strong enough to break those walls one day. She even came with me to get some medical tests done this morning. We were meant to meet up tonight again to go out but we both decided to call an early one and meet up for lunch tomorrow instead.@UndeadPrivateer

Lol I've stopped talking to people altogether before when I've fallen into a depression, and nobody bothered to check on me for like a month but one person. It stung at first, but it put things into perspective for me. If I can only count on myself, so be it

And yeah I agree on the tiring nature of it. Like, I really don't mind leading and predominantly being the initiator for [i]most[/i] things. I'm something of a natural leader in mindset, but when it becomes [i]everything[/i] it's really mentally and emotionally fatiguing.
