Would You Be My Friend?

Hi! I'm looking for a friend. People describe me as cheery and polite, though inside I'm insecure and sad. I am very talented in poetry, and I want to be a journalist when I'm older. I like anime and cartoons, but also a lot of live-action shows too. I play casual games like Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing, but also love classics like Sonic and Mario. I listen to all kinds of music. Country, pop, metal, rock, sometimes even rap. Basically, if you like it you can probably get me into it. Do I sound like someone you would want to be friends with? Please say yes! ...But...there are a few catches. Nobody wants to talk to me because I'm not physically attractive. I have severe eczema. My skin is covered with rashes. I also have a mole on my face, and it's very visible. My long hair is unmanageable, so it's everywhere. If you met me, would you want to be my friend anyway?
