who else is insecure about their age

You are as old as you feel and with your training it makes so much difference as you get older...a long way to go yet...@Synyster

@Platinum I must say I do look much younger, certainly healthy eating and working out daily helps. But i'm not embarrassed of my age.

@Synyster its never bothered me , most people I meet are shocked at my age....it's quite nice when that happens...
