Do you ever worry that you are bothering people?

Whenever I send a message to a friend I always think 'what if they find me annoying by messaging them?' :/ I worry too much

I don't think I'm a message sending type. & when I'm sending messages, they're usually very purposeful hence annoyance or not don't matter.
