Do you have people in your life that stress you out due to how they interact with you?

It can be friends/acquaintances/workmates/family. I hate being angry people who shout and yell over petty things, it stresses me out so much.

My film rep. She scares me. Don't know what she will do next. A couple of years ago, she threatened me; said she would get someone to beat me up, threatened to burn down my apartment building, said she'd kill me. And here is the scariest part of it: We were not quarreling, arguing or conflicting in any way.

I have good reason to believe she is part of my mother's old group, a cult-like group that has caused me much grief over the years. She seems sociopathic, and I believe she is capable of anything.

@greenmountaingal I am really sorry to hear about this :( Have you considered reporting her to the authorities? Where I live, you can contact the police if someone threatens you in that way.

@MissMoon No. If you read my Featured story you will know that the group she belongs to has literally gotten away with murder. If I left my mother's apartment and she did not give me permission to depart, she would phone the police and within minutes they would arrest me and take me right back to her, no discussion or hesitations. And these incidents occurred in my 20s; I left home at 18 and have always had a job to support myself. When my mother became violent or loudly hysterical, and neighbors called the police, they would never arrest her. She could pretty much do whatever she wanted; I strongly suspect my mother in at least 3 murders, two of them people I knew and loved.

Calling the police would probably not work. But the next time she threatens me, I'm going to do it anyway, just to be able to do something. I hope it doesn't get ME arrested--or worse.
