How can I put myself in a cartoon?

I want a picture of myself and Wyle E. Coyote standing in either a real or a cartoon desert. It could also include a real or cartoon package from the Acme Corporation. How could I create this? Photoshop? I'm an old chick and don't know much about computer art or computer anything else. Like Wyle E, I need all the help I can get!
