If someone start wearing earphone in the same room as you, do you still bother them?

I mean does that action saying "I don't want to be bother" or "this room is too noisy. I am plugging my ears so that it is less annoying"

Sometimes i plug my earphones in & don't play music. It's a cool way to eavesdrop.

@issues hahaha. I am doing the same. and when someone called me I sometimes pretend don't hear them.
