Are Black People obsessed with race? Are they conditioned through experience to see things that way?

I have a good friend who is a black woman. She seems to find a racist slight even where none exists. She thinks the fries on my plate look better and the waiter gave the black girl the worst plate. Things like that. She views the world through a racial lens.

She thinks this way because her race is an issue to most other people most of the time. There is a mountain of statistical evidence to support this.

Can we prove the fries thing is racist? No. It's like if she apples for a job and doesn't get it, you can't prove racism.

But you can prove that black people are less likely to get jobs than white people despite equivalent qualifications based on name alone.

@CountScrofula In SA statistics show it's more likely a black person will get the job even with lesser qualifications. Institutionalised reverse racism.

@MeisterAndrew Evidence?

@CountScrofula Statistics. It's also no surprise when it's legally required that a certain large percentage of your workforce be black but there's no minimum set for white and you can choose it to be all black if you want.

It's also not just work but for university black students are given preference independent of how qualified they are.
