Co-incidentally got into contact with one of the girls who used to work for a particular agency I used to manage

And we decided we should meet up for coffee soon to catch up as it has been a few years since we last communicated.

Keep in mind we have never met in person before, due to the level of secrecy at which the agency operated, however she was the only girl who knew my identity and we always wanted to meet up because we developed a kind of friendship.

So now after all these years we will finally be meeting up.

Gosh. I hope she's not a company assassin sent to keep you silent.

Or is this a talent or employment agency with a really paranoid security director?

@Mamapolo2016 Lol if I told you...
@iMystery if you told me you'd have to TRY
iMystery · M
@Mamapolo2016 🤣 I like you... you're funny!
@iMystery I'm coin-operated. This isn't the chewing-with-her-mouth-open co-worker, is it?
iMystery · M
@Mamapolo2016 😆 No far from it lol... that open-mouth-chewing-co-worker is someone I see regularly...

This one in question... we have NEVER physically met in person, but had to operate below the radar together.
@iMystery It couldn't possibly be, but somehow that sounds sexy.

@Mamapolo2016 Lol believe me that was how we operated... though she was not the only "operative"... there were quite few others too, but they never knew who I really was, nor did they know each other (except for the one in question who knew one other as they we also best friends who grew up together).
@iMystery Laughing ... really laughing. You sure do talk cloak-and-dagger. But aren't you supposed to work in 'Pssst!' every few sentences?

My daughter dated a guy who couldn't tell her what he did or for whom. Unless he did tell her and she just couldn't tell me. Fortunately the things he COULD tell her were enough to convince her she not only didn't want to know what he did, she didn't even want to know where he was.

@Mamapolo2016 Lol sounds like he was working for the kinda people who would actually be the one's trying to learn who I was and how I could located lol... or rather people who used to do or still do what we did lol.
@iMystery I read this all through for entertainment and now have more questions.

1) How could you be called her handler when you never handled her - never even met her?

2) What kind of ex-operative communicates from and/or on platforms? How is that done? A megaphone at the train station? Hardly surreptitious.

3) Finally and most importantly, how are you going to recognize each other? I'm guessing there wasn't a Company directory with photos, although I have seen organizations do stupider things.
iMystery · M
@Mamapolo2016 Answer to number 3) I had all their photos... but only she knew what I look like.
@iMystery Hmmm. Either it was a small agency or you have a big photo compartment in your wallet.
iMystery · M
@Mamapolo2016 Lol it was medium sized which was how it had to stay for more control/secrecy. And no photo's in my pocket lol... Strictly electronic on a tablet or laptop.
