How do you work on making friends?

I've always been a shy,and quiet girl. As well as antisocial, and just can't seem to make decent friends.
Any advice, or tips?

I don't shy now earlier yes I was shy too
But now I am opened guy ... people like my presence , I can talk to anyone, I mostly get friendship easily !
I like quality friends not quantity one !
