How do you work on making friends?

I've always been a shy,and quiet girl. As well as antisocial, and just can't seem to make decent friends.
Any advice, or tips?

mhmm you're asocial not antisocial( unless your a psychopath which i hope you're not)..you need to start talking to people don't wait for them to approach you:) i think you need to work on your confidence
