Why do people chat to you about personal things here then just leave SW?

hello Mrs E , some among us i call the returners ,they pop up out of nowhere want to be friends ,dump all the baggage on you then disappear.They always return act like nothing happened.They just want someone to listen dont wan t you to fix them just listen . it seems rude it isnt hardship to listen.
