Because it makes them feel good and if they do it right, it makes us feel good, too. Hispanic men have that mastered. They hit on anything legal age and up to having a discernible pulse. They don't really mean it, most of them.

This, "you're flirting!" "No, I'm not!" has been a problem for me too.

A lot of folks misinterpret genuine interest and admiration for flirting.
