If you were a doctor or a nurse, and your patient was under investigation by the authorities

And the authorites brought in a psychic to bring up the worst dirt imaginable on this patient and this patient never did anything wrong to you, but the authorities kept on harrassing you trying to manipulate you into hating this patient....Would you look down on the patient? Treat them any differently than you would any other patient, would you believe the authorities? And look upon the patient with scorn in your eyes and punish them a little for what you heard about them and think that they were the scum of the earth? Like most people do! Or would you give the patient the benefit of the doubt and see them for what they really are by what they say and do to you, instead of listening to the authorities?

You're bound by duty to provide patients with the best medical care within the scope of your training. It's the law. You cannot have biases, and look at your patients in that type of light.
First,
Do no harm.
They wouldn’t be allowed to do anything, unless they were transported from a prison or jail facility. Because only then would they be under their sort of jurisdiction, if you will. Once they’re released then they can arrest them. It isn’t the hospitals job to determine who does and doesn’t get treatment. It goes against their code of conduct. Plus most police forbid that kind of action anyway. My fiancé works in a hospital and she treats murderers and other criminals. As much as she doesn’t like it sometimes, she has a job to do. However I think an acception can be made for chomos. Since they’re the scum of the earth.

That is very unusual but I have heard that Steeler fans are lowlife criminals 😂

It depends. It depends. No. Yes.
