Do you talk to your SW friends the same way you talk to people in real life?

I try my best to. But surprisingly, I'm starting to realize that trying to be a decent friend online is a lot harder than I expected. It's a challenge to get your point across and be understood for what you meant. That, and a huge timezone gap. But I still think it's worth it. It's an interesting experience to say the least.
