My friend sent me a text that said, "I don't want to be your friend anymore", what should I say???

Ha! I had a life long friend tell me he wasn't going to be my friend (and our other buddies) anymore as he wanted different people in his life.

I looked at him and said nothing but began to call and chat him up so much more.

Truth be told, I really had no problem with him exiting my life but you just can't tell me that and expect it to be okay.

Now he is trying to get back into our lives. Silly
