What was your most embarrassing moment?

One time in high school, I was serving on the jury for our "teen court" program. So, I was dressed nice for court, and had on my best pair of sandals. I ALSO had basketball band practice immediately after court. SO, I ran down the hallway to the band room, rounded the corner to run to the back of the room to grab a chair and stand, and one of my sandals decided to fly off, sending me flying head-first into a rack of music stands!! The whole band quit playing just to clap for me!! I got up rather embarrassed, and managed to say in my best Elvis Presley voice "Thank you, thank you very much!!"
