So today..I saw the guy who was once my best friend when I was a teen.

He wanted to rekindle our lost friendship but he completely cut me off as a friend when I was 17 and I didn't see him for years. What should I do?

You're still close to your teens. At least, give him a chance to explain his absence, it couldn't have been that long.
