because you are a renter and not her family or bf.. you don't have to do their chores if you don't want to don't think it entitles you to free rent .. if you like cleaning house clean someone else's house and use the pay toward your rent.. or you can tell her you are charging her a cleaning fee and deducting it from your rent to her .. that might force them to make an effort to do things themselves instead of leaving it to you

Just ask for the rent reduction
LadyBronte · 61-69, F
That's ridiculous. It sound like they find it easy to take advantage of you. You need to find a new place to rent. You'll have less chaos without all the rotating roomates who refuse to clean up after themselves. But people always get ticky when they find out they're about to lose the one they see as their "cash cow". Mums the word you're looking and be careful moving out.

Time to move on and out.
SazyGirl · 61-69, F
@Picklebobble2 yes I think so

the landlord should be informed, they own the property and approve who lives there....and doing so will make you the bad guy. be strong👍
SazyGirl · 61-69, F
@1490wayb the land lord is allowing it she also lives here her argument is they don't listen to her
Haha what you should do is just leave. You're being used as a servant.
SazyGirl · 61-69, F
@Magicianzini I told my friend ie landlord I'm not cleaning up after anyone and I only use my upstairs room I always clean up my dishes immediately but I guess it's non of my business that her daughters have people staying here and nobody pays rent but me. I'm on a wait-list for my own apartment for a third what I pay now but I have to stay somewhere for another year or so :(😫

Sounds like a bad living situation for you.

Your friend is letting you down and treating you like a slave.

Sounds like they know you’ll do it if they don’t, and they’re all about taking advantage.
