Totally depends on what type of trip we take. A week in a hotel is 1500 at least just for the hotel.

I mean the sky’‘s the limit in terms of money. It all depends on what you’re looking for and how much you want to spend.

My last road trip a couple of months ago (4-days) all costs included was about $700. With gas so high right now it would have been quite a bit more if I went today.

Last year we were away for 5 days in England, and cost around 1.5k. We stayed in a cabin, was self catering and about a 2hr drive from home.

I went on a 5 day trip to Venice 2 years ago but I don't remember how much it cost me. Definitely under 1000 €. It was a low-budget trip, by a bus, staying in a camping site in small bungalows with common showers.
I also don't have anyone to go with, otherwise I'd be somewhere by the sea now too.
