Feeling slighted. Is the friendship done?

My friend just started a cake business, and I congratulated her, told her I would support, and bought two of her cakes. Her bake sale was on Monday, but I asked her to set mine aside for Thursday and she said that was fine. She never showed up for me to get my cakes, and so I asked her to meet me on Friday instead because it was raining and I didn't want her driving in the rain just to give me cake.

On Friday, there was no explanation, no apology, and no concern for our commitment. She never responded to my messages. Haven't heard from her since. Silence.
