@Cigarguys i tried the only mommys at my area are the ones giving birth in the birthing hospital. I feel weird going over there to try to meet people

@RebelRaven i looked im not in a very populated area and since covid we haven't had any groups around here. Often canceled even back then because of lack of attendance.

@Girlyfriendcollecting check with your doctor because often they have a lot of resources on groups that are available that you might not be aware of. Public libraries will often have groups for babies and young kids like reading groups.

I’m sorry you’re going through that and I think it’s very common for new moms. It’s one of the reasons I insisted on working while I raised my kids because I knew I would isolate myself.
You should look into play groups for babies where you can meet moms with kids at the similar age to your baby

When I moved in here, I befriended the neighbor opposite my house because our daughters were in the same high school. When I wanna chat, I just text her if she's free so I can come over.
Sometimes, we go to the supermarket together.
Now, our daughters are in college, different universities but they grew up close & became best friends.
My long time friends are in the city. I'm now in a rural area so I can't meet them constantly. It's a one hour drive.
Find a neighbor with similar interests or family dynamics. Her husband is a seaman, always away & I don't have a husband anymore.

@1PrivateHannah the neighbors around are elderly. But i would love if i had a neiber like that. I have not been able to talk to neighbors much they dont hang out around their house much.
