I rarely meet Algerian men outside work I want to be close friends with because of the rampant sexism and incredibly self-absorbed tendencies.

But I met a sweet guy the other day who delivered some things I ordered from his shop. He was super awkward but also very respectful.

He loves flowers, plants and things that I like. I hate how algerian dudes act all macho around me and try to invade my personal space while talking, and look at me as a goal.

He didn't do that. He was more interested in my backyard trees and the glass house than in me.
He was very anxious though. No eye contact. Made me feel empathy towards him.

I assume he is around 25 or so. He runs such cute gifts and flowers' shop, and nerd giggles when I buy stuff from him. He also gets excited talking about his products. It brightens his whole aura. And he arranges that shop so romantically. I love it. I love it when people love their work.

He gave me his Facebook and insta and other contact information , only after I asked.

I think I am going to make him my friend.

When it comes to Kabylian men, they are more expressive with their feelings. But there are exceptions..and also they still can act pretty possessive and weird even in friendships. I like space. So I rarely let people get too close emotionally.
